About Vermut

Vermut is a community marketplace of unique experiences for seniors. The market is huge and no-one is paying attention to create an overall solution for the pains and desires of our older adults. We are building ‘the place to be for seniors’. The company was set up at the end of 2020, and we’ve already proven market fit in Spain and we are planning to double down to Spain and Europe, scaling fast and building from the bottom-up.

The Data team is responsible for building the environment that enables data-driven decision-making and progress measuring. You will be impacting how the whole company executes thanks to your insights. The data team is small and the opportunity to learn and grow from it is huge. If you like to see how working with data impacts the day to day of a company, this position should move you.

Ownership

• Build all the company dashboards, and maintain the connections and the logic behind the current ones.
• Build the structure of data flows between platforms and own the relationship with the Engineering team.
• Build correlations and draw conclusions based on analysis.
• Help scale the Ops, Marketing, and Sales teams with processes and projects on-demand.
• Help the CEO and Finance team with scaling the financial forecasting.

What we are looking for

• Degree in Engineering, Maths, Data or similar
• Highly data driven and analytical mindset
• Problem-solving skills and execution focus
• Comfortable working with high-intensity environments
• Technical skills
• SQL knowledge
• DataStudio or other visualization tool knowledge
